A thank-you note after your interview, short and specific
편지지에 직접 쓰고 · 실링왁스로 봉인하고 · 링크 하나로 보냅니다
Interviewers read many of these, and most sound the same: thank you for your time, I remain very interested. The ones that stick refer to something said in the room. A good note is a few sentences long, arrives within a day, and shows you were listening.

“Thank you for speaking with me today about the operations coordinator role. I keep thinking about what you said on scheduling across three warehouses, and I'd like to help with that.”
“Thank you for taking the time to meet with me this morning. After hearing how your team handles onboarding, I'm even more excited about the opportunity to join it.”
“I enjoyed our conversation yesterday, especially the part about moving the reporting process to a weekly cycle. I've since sketched a few ideas I would be glad to share.”
무엇을 쓰면 좋을까요
1. Mention one specific thing from the conversation, such as a project, a challenge the team faces, or a question you were asked. A detail proves you listened, and a generic line does not.
2. Keep it to three to five sentences. Thank them, name one reason you're a good fit, and say you look forward to next steps. Don't repeat your résumé.
3. If an answer in the interview didn't go as well as you wanted, add one sentence with the point you wish you'd made. Check the spelling of every name, and write a separate note for each interviewer.
자주 묻는 질문
Q. How soon should I send a thank-you note after an interview?
Within 24 hours is the usual advice: the same evening or the next morning. If the company says it is deciding quickly, send it the same day. A note that arrives a week later does little for you.
Q. Does the interviewer need to download an app or sign up to read it?
No. The note is sent as one link, which you can paste into an email, text or any messenger. They open it in a browser, with no app and no sign-up. Writing, sealing and sending are free, and a password is optional if you want one.
